In 2017, the company promoted its management capabilities through the implementation of TPM activities. The specific steps for the implementation of TPM activities: the establishment of a successful TPM promotion committee; the determination of the successful TPM activity policy; the formulation of the 2017 TPM implementation plan and goals;

 

The organizational structure of the TPM Promotion Committee consists of the following five groups: an independent security group, a professional security group, a focus improvement group, a proposal activity group, and an education and training group. "Enterprise" is the activity policy; it will be improved step by step through specific implementation steps and program implementation.
